There are suppliers offering unlimited calls tariffs but most have 'fair usage policies'. 90% of the time our customers don’t need unlimited call offers as it is not cost effective. Line Rental


There are only 2 main networks in the UK, BT Openreach and a cable network. The majority of customers use the BT Openreach network and the cable network. The biggest mistake made here, is buying from a supplier too far down the chain. Faults are not reported directly to BT Openreach, which directly impacts the response to any service issues you may receive. Whether you are using PSTN, ISDN2e or ISDN30 you can choose to opt for a higher level of Service Level Agreement (SLA). Some providers give customers an option to make a one off payment to get service issues attended to quicker.




Business Mobile Phones


One of the most common mistakes is choosing a network that does not have coverage in the area needed because the tariff suits! All network providers will offer you a sim card to test the network before purchasing, please take them up on this.
Another issue we find is companies often use re-sellers to purchase their business mobile phones. The telecoms resellers are often making a considerable amount of commission on any contract they sell. Get 3 or 4 quotes and negotiate as much as you can.
